How do I return my store purchase?

We are happy to refund within 28 days for any unsuitable items, provided they are in resalable condition.

Where our stores were closed or you are unable to travel to them, we have extended our returns policy so you can return purchases within 28 days once the local restrictions are eased.

Please note that our Return policy may differ for Designer and Special collections items cannot be returned in store. Items purchased in store must be returned to store.This does not affect your statutory rights.
